The Baby & the Nubbin

Remember that green baby Nubbin I made for a friend Nancy's baby shower a few months ago? Well, I recieved a text message from her this morning with this picture attached...

Nancy said "she's mighty hungry in this pic but the monster calms her down! :-)"

Aaaaaawwwwww! I'm so glad her little baby girl likes it already! I didn't expect her to like it this young! That made my day!

Baby Nubbin

I have a friend's baby shower to go to tonight, so in addition to the diaper bag we got her, I made this little green & pink Baby Nubbin...

"Baby Nubbin" is actually a little redundant, since my originaly concept of the Nubbins were that they were baby monsters whose arms haven't grown in yet.

I had quite a time figuring out the best way to make the diaper. In the end it turned out to be simpler than I thought.
